Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time. Estimated processing times will be specified in the product description or discussed individually before purchase.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal.

RERE-Loop currently ships within Portugal and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please get in touch via the contact form.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping option.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking whenever available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

Portugal: 1–5 business days
European Union: 3–15 business days
International destinations: 7–30 business days

Delays

RERE-Loop is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at reretaskak@gmail.com so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
